Rio’s original nu-bossa star Sabrina Malheiros, daughter of Alex Malheiros, bassist of legendary Brazilian band Azymuth, plays the Jazz Pizza Express Soho in March.
Showcasing some of the best tracks of her previous CDs, Equilibria and New Morning, she will also be trying out some fresh tracks firsthand from her forthcoming album, to be released in June of this year on Far Out Records.
Xan Blacq, who plays keyboard and backing vocals for Amy Winehouse and other big names, will be joining Sabrina onstage…not to be missed!
